It's Sunday afternoon on July 25, 2010 and Avenida Tercer Mundo has reopened. The smooth as glass surface opened without fanfare and now provides high speed access to our beloved pueblo. Maybe just a bit too high speed, but no need to ford the river anymore. That's good news because the river is about to rise above the detour road.
