Bougainvillea and Bridge Progress

February 22nd was another typical sunny and balmy day in San Pancho, Nayarit. What set this day apart from all the other sunny and balmy days was the appearance and planting of bougainvilleas in the much-maligned planters along Avenida Tercer Mundo. At the same time, concrete trucks delivered their bright-red cement to the bridge approaches on the east and west side of the new bridge. To top it off, workers began constructing a beautiful new brick railing on the new span. With pedestrians already crossing the river here, can auto traffic be far behind?
