The lifeline bridge into San Pancho is nearing completion. The concrete deck has been laid as of January 24th and the rebar awaits more concrete for the sidewalks. Beneath the deck, workers put the finishing touches on the underside of the deck. On the 27th, the new sidewalks are being poured.
